The Governor announced today that Louisiana will move into Phase 3 of the Rona Recovery beginning tomorrow. It was a "very difficult decision" because of the hurricane and school starting back. But, he made the decision because...he hasn't got enough data to make a decision.

- We can for certain have high school football now. That's super important.
- LSU can sell more tickets now. That's super important.
- Saints season ticket holders don't have to alternate every third game. That's super important.
