FOOTBALL Thoughts?

1. I really hope Cumbie has success but I want it to be as an OC at another school. (Unlike BC I am not pulling for him)
2. Why go prevent D on that last drive?
3. For decades we had SHIT facilities and won games…..looks like we have much better facilities to me.
4. Cumbie can’t evaluate talent……Lyddy, and Bauch could do anything the three QBs on this team can do.
5. No OL, no QB and no RB equals no wins.
6. We need to fund full COA and need a football only collective of $2.5 million to dominate CUSA and compete in the region.
7. We could have had a much better HC and paid about HALF of what we are paying.
8. What sucks is the $$$$ says he gets another year unless big $$$ alumni step in.
9. It’s time to just slig it all over the park in a hurry up offense …..we have no other choice.

Athletic Performance Goals:
• Team participates in the Conference Championship Game: $50,000
• Team wins the Conference Championship Game: $100,000
• Team participates in a Non-New Year’s 6 Bowl Game: $25,000
• Team participates in a New Year’s 6 Bowl Game: $75,000
• Team wins any Bowl Game: $50,000
• Team defeats a Power 5 program in the regular season: $25,000
• Team wins the College Football Playoff National Championship: $500,000
• Coach is named Conference Coach of the Year: $25,000
• Coach is named National Coach of the Year: $100,000
• Team achieves 9 regular season wins: $25,000***
• Team achieves 10 regular season wins: $50,000***

$35,000 moving expenses
Squire Creek Country Club Membership for Cumbie and two other coaches
Courtesy SUV or stipend of $600/month

Assistant Pool
Year 1 - $1.7 million
Year 2 - $1.7 million
Year 3 - $1.8 million
Year 4 - $1.8 million
Year 5 - $1.8 million

Termination - Tech owes Cumbie 75% of remaining contract value and is reduced by the amount of new employment after termination.

If Cumbie leaves he owes:

Year 1 - $1.75 million
Year 2 - $1.75 million
Year 3 - $800,000
Year 4 - $600,000
