Bowl Payouts

Someone that knows more than me help me out. The Frisco Bowl is the smallest payout, by a LONG way, of all bowls. $100,000. How does that work? Do all bowl payouts go to CUSA and they divvy them up equally? Just not sure how we cover our costs for this bowl.
