Now that the Dogs took a big bite out of Herd, I found no postings on their Herd Nation Forums.
I did find a post from Sunday (01/20) on "CUSA Attendance" for the men's home games. (based on games played thru 01/19) The average attendance for all teams with the number of games played in parenthesis is as follows:
1 - Marshall - 6,691 (9)
2 - ODU - 6,293 (11)
3 - WKU - 5,697 (7)
4 - UTEP - 4,562 (10)
5 - MTSU - 4,182 (9)
6 - UAB - 3,967 (12)
7 - Charlotte 3,810 (9)
8 - North Texas 2,821 (10)
9 - La Tech 2,075 (10)
10 - USM 1,851 (7)
11 - Rice 1,795 (10)
12 - UTSA 1,131 (9)
13 - FAU 1,129 (7)
14 - FIU 692 (9)
CUSA Average: 3,398 (129 games)
One post read as follows: "How can FIU, which has a massive student body, draw less than 1,000 per game? Maybe kids really are caring less and less about sports."
A second post read as follows: "The same could be said for LT, UTSA, and North Tx."
