On the opening drive UL-Laf's punter just snapped the ball over the punter's head and App St scored a TD on a scoop and score. The referees called a phantom personal foul penalty on App St that totally confused the ESPN announcers. The refs took 5 minutes to discuss it, took the points off the board, and gave App St the ball 15 yards from the previous line of scrimmage.
