Guys I know everyone wants to hammer Skip and I get it. But until we get better on defense, we will constantly struggle to break thru. Here are our rankings over the last 6 years:

I’m tired 🥱 of us looking to sidelines waiting on the DC to get the call in. At no point this season did I ever think we would make key stops and get off the field.
The goal of a good defense is being +1 at the point of attack. Have 1 more defender than they have blockers. On yesterday, I’ve NEVER seen a defense -1 OR -2 at the point of attack. UAB ran simple ISO/Lead and the back wasn’t even touched?? How does that happen? It’s because we have a man that is calling our defense that is waaaaaay over his head. I cringe every time our defense hits the field. It starts with defense!!!!!!! Bring a solid DC to Ruston and with our core offensive personnel, we should be able to win some of these close games. UAB put 52 on Us!!! Fifty-2
