Either the WR group was really weak or Cumbie doesn't really feel comfortable with what's on the roster? 7-8 WR's coming in and only 3 DB's? Holes in the OL, needing a couple of LB's, pass rushing edge guys, interior DT's?
Cumbie is probably about to run a fast pace 3 deep 4-5 wide set offense with a heavy rotation. etc.
