One 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to specifically to Houma and the surrounding bayous is the Hache Grant Associationhttps://www.facebook.com/btboucherie/ . I personally vouch and have volunteered many hours. They have created a daily General Store in downtown houma where households can fill up shopping bags of supplies. Please message me directly if you are looking to bring supplies into South LA and I can help to coordinate resources to where they are most needed on the ground.
