FOOTBALL Hawaii CB transferring to Tech; prepped at Haynesville

If Jackson can get a waiver to play this year, this helps Tech's problems at CB immensely. They probably would have needed to go JUCO to get a corner for 2016 but if this holds true they do not need to.
