Holtz aint Dikes. Nor is he ultraconservative. He knows what he has and doesn't have in 2019. He has an extremely good Assistant coach pool in 2019, coupled with a seasoned squad, without any real hope of keeping it together into 2020, at our pay rate. I think he takes a "decent" gamblers throw in 2019 and gets 8 regular season wins.
