I used to have Lou Holtz speak to my management team, much like the commencement speech in the attached link. I used Lou because of his down to earth message, a simple message directed at each person, a clear statement that each of us has only one right and that is to be what ever we are willing to work to be. To achieve to the maximum of our individual ability. Success or failure is an individual decision that we each make.
