FB RECRUITING How does Rivals rank Recruits?

Now that recruiting is in full swing, it got me thinking: How does Rivals rank recruits? I know that any ranking system is somewhat subjective, and that there is likely a bias towards players with P5 offers, but other than that, I really don't know how the ratings are arrived at. Ben and others, is there some sort of dark art to this? Is one person for each team primarily responsible for a team's ratings, or is there some sort of consensus?
