UCLA QB Asiantii Woulard announced he was transferring from UCLA. Woulard was committed to USF after Holtz left.

I don't know if there's anything to it at this point but @jay2000 brought the details to my attention but he's on his way back from St. Croix (Happy Anniversary and Birthday big guy) so I'm posting it. Furthermore, Tech doesn't really need a QB.

Additionally, he's HUGE and it's the offseason.
