There are 130 FBS ADs in the country. You don't get to be one by being Steve Jobs or Elon Musk. You become an AD by being a politician. A politician who is owned by donors (lobbyists).
Think about that... You don't have to have good business savvy. You don't need to know Six Sigma. It is a 100% visionary and people skills driven job in a world where 50% of the people likely disagree with you and only 5% are important for you.
