RUSTON -- Louisiana Tech will be playing in a bowl game for the first time since 2001, and although the Bulldogs don’t know exactly which bowl they will be playing in just yet, LA Tech fans are encouraged to reserve their bowl tickets NOW.

The Tech Ticket Office is taking orders for bowl tickets starting today (Tuesday, Nov. 25) as season ticket holders, LTAC members and corporate sponsors will have through Tuesday, Dec. 2 to reserve their tickets. Starting Wednesday, Dec. 3, the general public can begin to order their bowl tickets.

The seven bowls that the Bulldogs could potentially play in are the New Mexico Bowl (Dec. 20 in Albuquerque), the Poinsettia Bowl (Dec. 23 in San Diego), the Hawaii Bowl (Dec. 24 in Honolulu), the Independence Bowl (Dec. 28 in Shreveport), the Papa John’s Bowl (Dec. 29 in Birmingham), the Humanitarian Bowl (Dec. 30 in Boise) or the Texas Bowl (Dec. 30 in Houston).

The Tech Ticket Office will be taking orders from individuals for each of the seven bowls (individuals can specify they want a certain number of tickets based on each bowl).

Bulldog fans are strongly encouraged to order their bowl tickets from the Tech Ticket Office as the athletic department will financially benefit from the orders. Tech fans will also benefit as they will be able to order premium LA Tech seating in the same area as all Bulldog fans.

Fans are asked to email the Tech Ticket Office at chance@latech.edu or call 318-257-3631, 318-257-3632 or 318-257-5329.
