I just saw this tweet about lifetime contracts and it has me thinking. Essentially Skip has a longterm contract with his contract extending each year with 8+ wins.

A few things to consider...
1. How would it be perceived to recruits?
2. Would you do it?
If so, what would be the conditions?​
