RUSTON, La. (Sept. 10, 2018) – Officials from ESPN and the Southeastern Conference announced Monday that Louisiana Tech's non-conference game at LSU has been set for a 6 p.m. CT kickoff on ESPN2 or ESPNU on Saturday, Sept. 22. The network designation will be decided next week.
The in-state matchup between the Bulldogs and Tigers will be played in two weeks at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge. It will mark the 20th game in the series history and the first time the two teams have faced off on the gridiron since 2009.
LA Tech will have a bye this week following a 54-17 victory over Southern in Saturday's home opener, while LSU will take on Auburn on the road this coming Saturday, Sept. 15. Both teams are 2-0 on the season.
