The Governor of Mississippi has issued the following football stadium requirements. Of course he didn't come up with them, they are prettymuch the standard requirements nationally. There will be no tailgating and max capacity is 25%. Inside the stadium I like that masks are not required to be worn in your seat since it will be hard to cheer with one on.
- Fans in attendance will be required to wear masks any time they are not in their seats. This includes entering and exiting the stadium and any time spent on the concourses. Fans will be encouraged to wear masks while in their seats but it will not be required.
- Elevators are limited to five riders per trip.
- Schools will be encouraged to serve concessions in a grab-and-go format and they will be required to have hand sanitizing stations near concessions areas.
- Club and suite areas will be governed by the same regulations as restaurants during the pandemic.
- Only essential game day personnel will be allowed on the sidelines.
- All entry and exit gates will remain open to ensure social distancing and avoid clustering.
