Grant McCasland is in his first year as the head coach at North Texas. He guided Arkansas State to only their 4th 20 win season in program history a year ago. He spent five years as an assistant at Baylor prior to that.
Roosevelt Smart leads the Mean Green with 19.3 points per game. He shoots 9 three’s a game and makes them at a 41% clip.
Ryan Woolridge is scoring 12.5 points per game, he’ll play the point guard spot.
Big man Shane Temara is averaging 10 points and 6 rebounds per game.
The Mean Green attempt 23 three’s per game and make them at a 36% clip.
