I talked w/ an insider at TCU and here are some things to watch come Saturday:
QB Duggan -- really good runner, not as advanced as a passer. He kills teams in the run game when teams go to a single-high safety and is not accounted for.
RB Evans and Barlow -- Barlow is getting more of the workload, Evans was best RB in country out of HS in 2020 but being eased in, both are BAD in pass protection. Dermacado gets a lot of reps in obvious passing downs.
WR -- Davis getting more and more reps, Johnston is one of the best in the Big 12
OL -- improving in pass pro, run blocking has been downright terrible, they need herculean efforts from the RBs on most run plays
DL -- not great against the run, DEs Coleman and Mathis can really rush the passer
LB -- have been pretty good, Winters is young and can get lost at times
CB -- Ceasar (out of Richwood in Monroe) is a 4th stringer that's been pressed into action due to injuries and has been picked on in a major way, otherwise secondary is elite
