Ok everyone, I'm seriously considering a pre-game party at my house! I'd like to have it on game day, but there are some considerations that need your feed-back.
My house is just south of the George Bush Turnpike, about 35 minutes from the stadium in normal traffic (perhaps an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes in regular 5 o'clock traffic). The game starts at 7:00. To reduce the 5 o'clock traffic effect, and to allow all that like to be early arrivers at the stadium to do so, the party would need to be either a lunch time (11:00 to 1:30) or a mid-afternoon affair (2:00 to 4:00).
Let me know in all honesty if either or both those times do NOT work well with your anticipated game-day plans.
