Ruston loses baseball , softball and basketball state high school tournaments to Sulphur and LC for another two years. Built beautiful facilities but executive committee found Ruston didn’t have enough hotels and restaurants to support it and fans didn’t want to drive 30-45 miles to stay or eat. Wish Ruston could have gotten bid so kids could see Tech’s campus and sport complex’s.
