We knew there would be a decline in sacks this year after losing 6 senior DLs, but the drop off has been enormous. We still don't have a LA Tech player among the CUSA's top 25 leaders in either sacks or tackles-for-loss. Not even a single player.

More sacks = more pressure on the QB, which creates easier interceptions/fumbles and the great field position = more Tech scoring opportunities. We have to find a way to create more pressure on opposing QBs or we very well may finish 2-4 over our final 6 games and waste another golden opportunity for a CUSA championship.
