The 'Dogs took to the field for a little over two hours this afternoon. Definitely a lot of energy and guys flying around throughout the day.
Dancy was not on the field. He is currently in Memphis undergoing a couple of more weeks of radiation. Everything still looks very good, this is more precautionary, when he is done he will rejoin the team.
Courtney Wallace did not practice, did not have a boot on his foot though. Did seem to have a small limp from what I saw with him just walking around.
J'Mar was in total command throughout the day. Only about 20% of the playbook was used, but he seemed very comfortable back there. He made one nice throw down the sidelines for a 70 yard TD to Teddy Veal in the short time they did a team period while I was there. Veal was as advertised, he is going to be so dynamic.
Outlaw was at LT, and Kirkpatrick was at the C spot.
I thought Zach Hannibal and Aaron Roberson had nice days at the CB spot. Made some nice plays in 1-on-1's.
Kam McKnight is a specimen and looks like he may truly bust on to the scene in a big way in his junior year.
Tony Ball (new RB coach) has so much energy out there, fun to watch him engage with all the RBs.
Durman, Farris, and Hogan were getting a majority of the reps at LB. Donald Freeman was another guy who looked good out there, definitely has the size and speed to be a really good LB.
