Some one on one blocking drills got practice started. Stallworth and Fondal were impressive. Pushed the d-lineman back 10 yards or so on a few blocks.
I thought La'Dante Davenport got real good push in the middle of the D-line.
CeeJay Powell looked pretty good today. He has had good practices to this point. He's a little smaller, but has good speed, has caught the ball well, and he'll get after you in the run game.
Alfred Smith is going to a mismatch in the slot.
J'Mar looked really good throwing the ball today. Accuracy was on point. Abraham knows his arm and his game so well. It's fun to watch.
Have I mentioned that Hardy is so dangerous with the ball in his hands? Wow, tackling him one on one is going to be extremely difficult.
Randy Hogan is a really good tackler. He has the chance to be really good at linebacker. He has the skills.
Obviously outside of Durman, Farris, & Hogan there isn't a ton of experience at linebacker, but Hamilton, Cleveland, Jackson, and Scott look like they have a chance to be pretty good. You can tell with the shift in offense in today's college football that speed at LB is key and these guys all have it.
We saw this last year, but the receivers can really block. The competition between the DBs and WRs were at a high intensity today.
Bradford looked good on the DL. Not the most talented kid, but he works his tail off.
