I remember seeing talk about a student fee to raise our budget significantly, but I can't recall the reason that we haven't tried to do it. Is it some law in the way? Or just the lack of trying? As another poster replied to one of my posts, NTX apparently has one, and it seems to have made a significant impact for them. Why are we falling so far behind? There are a lot of things that we can't control, but this seems to be something that we can control. Get er done...Why not?
