Most of you won't remember John Harper. He lettered in '67, 68' 69'. But you will remember who he snapped the ball to. Terry Bradshaw and Phil Robertson.
John was a friend of mine and the top sales rep for our company in Mississippi. He passed away today while driving to Nashville to see his grandkids. He suddenly passed out but his wife was able to get to the side of the road safely.
He was so looking forward to being at the ULL game for Legends Weekend so he could see the DAC in person. He was very proud that our company did a lot of work on the DAC.
For those who never knew him, nor have ever heard of him, just know that he was a good man, and an ever proud alumni of Louisiana Tech Football. RIP John.
