This week will be a big test for the Dunkin' Dogs. It starts tonight in Bartow Arena where Tech has always struggled to win.
UAB is coming off a 10 point loss on the road at FIU in which they allowed FIU to shoot 65% from the field. Hakeem Baxter is expected to play for UAB, coming off of a leg injury. This is big for UAB as he is their best perimeter defender, and we all know Tech has 4 very good guards. UAB will also be without starting PG Nick Norton as he has been lost for the year due to injury.
The key to the game will be controlling the glass. Tech's 3 big men of McCree, Sherman, & White vs UAB's Lee, Cokley, & Mehinti. Should be a fun one, and give us all a better understanding of how much Tech has really grown up over the past couple of weeks.
