1. As a lot of us suspected, Rice is better than their record. They may play spoiler and determine who wins the West. Or even Conference. A lotta people doubt Bloomgren. A few ballsy calls that cost him the game, but the dude GETS IT. Nothing retro about it, CUSA, SEC, PAC 12, MAC, etc. Choose your style, and roll with it. It's Football. Run with the one you brung.
2. We sucked through 3 quarters and won. Despite our best efforts to the contrary. We just forgot to show up for this game. Rice wanted this BAD and pushed us around in the 1st Half. We just sucked less and had more talent in the 2d half.
3. That was an extremely poorly officiated game. That is no excuse for our poor performance tonight, but...Holy Crap. That was a mugging on offsides and PI. Is offsides REALLY that hard to call, from the Zebra point of view?
