Well,
Went to an Auburn Game to watch my younger son who is in the Jacksonville State Band, and I want to pass on what I saw. Concessions were not great, there were a lot of mistakes by the announcer, and the new video board (the biggest one in college football as of today) was a little much. It was near rap concert loud, shaking the stadium.

Pic of the video board. Yes, It is wider than the field, and has banners in the display on each side showing game stats while still having a ridiculously large video board. The fans watched an 8 minute commissioning video celebrating the new video board, which they cheered for just as loud as you would think you would see when their defense is trying to stop a 3rd down conversion.
Also, JSU (FCS) took Auburn into OT.
Only tip of the hat toward Jordan-Hare, they keep the restrooms clean(er) and they can handle a ridiculous volume of people (87,000+). It was larger scale, but still college.
Preseason polls/ranking are pretty much useless.
Not trying to make any real statements here, just passing on what I saw.
Edit...Forgot to mention, all the stadium walk around concessions sellers had chartreuse shirts Identifying them as "Venders"---as spelled on the shirts.
