BASKETBALL Warren Nolan metrics

I'm not sure about all the metrics he uses for his rankings, but his poll has WKU at 35, Tech at 43, Marshall at 46, ODU at 70, NT at 95, and UAB at 103. Are his metrics any good? I know his poll is usually quoted for baseball quite commonly. http://warrennolan.com/basketball/2021/rpi-live
