Team practiced for about two hours in preparation for FAU.
FAU QB, Chris Robison, and top WR, Jovon Durante left their game against Marshall with injuries. Status unknown.
They will be without their top return man, Donte Cousart after he broke his leg against Marshall.
For Tech, Bonnette and Woodard did not practice. Both are ankles.
If both guys miss this week, that could open up some playing time for maybe Jake Norris outside. Again, I’m not sure how serious Bonnette or Woodward’s injuries are.
Shipley and Rodriguez also did not practice.
Mote continues to practice this week, but Carpenter remains at LG.
Israel Tucker is likely out this week.
Amik is fully healthy, was a full participant.
J’Mar audibled and called his number on the fourth down TD run against UTEP.
The recruiting weekend was really solid. Mykol Clark told me that he had a great trip. I bet Tech gets him. Keep an eye on Vershaud Richardson now, he’s a 3-star DE.
