Here’s a fun update:
Baseball will play a school-record 37 home games in 2021.
Notable home games: Illinois (4), Arkansas (3), Ole Miss (2), Army (2)
Arkansas and Ole Miss wanted to come, wanted to play in a challenging environment before SEC play.
24 league games, will play USM in H&H series, road series at FIU, home against Marshall from the East.
Road series at Tulane.
LSU comes to Ruston in 2022.
Bates, Follis, and Wells turned down MLB free agent deals to come back.
Will have the best facility in C-USA, by far. Zero reason we should not win the league with regularity.
Just landed a commitment from the #1 player in LA. Legit Friday night starter, 3-hole hitter. Will have to re-recruit him next June when he’s selected in 1st or 2nd round.
