Tech recently offered a 6-1 cornerback from Ouachita named Zach Hannibal. Tech had a basketball player in the mid 80s named Roderick Hannibal from Monroe, LA. Apparently he works at Richwood Middle School. Anyone know for sure if he is Zach's dad?
