I know he's young, but, he already has a ton of good experience and was a former athlete, basketball team captain at Hendrix, with a degree in economics and business and an MBA from Ohio University. I met him in Tyler last summer and was already impressed with him before I knew who he was. I just read his Bio and I'm going, this guy should be our next AD. He'll be gone in 1-2 years if we don't promote him.
