OFF TOPIC When you win the $1.9 billion Powerball tonight, what’s your plan for Tech athletics?

I’m so torn. Do I take the lump sum and make a large one time donation, picking the projects I’d most like to fund? Do I take the payments over time and allocate an annual percentage to Tech athletics? How much control would I expect to have, and is that a good or a bad thing? Just so much planning to do ahead of time.

FOOTBALL PFF Recap | Snap Count Totals & Player Grades

Really fun day at The Joe on Saturday afternoon.

- Tre Harris continues to stand out
- Marquis Crosby shoulders the load at RB
- McNeil comes back from injury and performs well, shows incredible toughness
- OL continues to get better every week

- Myles Brooks is a DOG at CB
- Defensive line gets 33 QB pressures, 28 QB hurries, and 4 sacks. WOW!!!
- Jakelyn Morgan gets extended time at CB, performs well
- Myles Mason plays in his 4th game. If he's going to redshirt, he's done playing this season. *This is a correction from yesterday. I thought it was his fifth game.

R.I.P. Ray Guy

Read in AJC this AM that former Southern Miss and Oakland Raider great punter Ray Guy passed away yesterday at age 72 from a long illness. Not a Golden Eagle fan nor a Raider fan, but Ray was a really fine player and generally considered the greatest punter ever, and only one in Pro hall of fame. Article said he was from Thompson, GA and in 2007 the AJC voted him the 17th greatest football player ever to come out of the state of GA. Evidently, he played every sport in high school. Also did not know until I read it that he played safety for So. Miss as well as punting. Evidently pretty tough as well.
