Pitchers:

The first two numbers will be ERA in 2016 vs 2017 and just a few additional thoughts.
Nate Harris-2.93 in 2016, 1.31 in 2017. He has been lights out, should be an All-American.
Casey Sutton-1.91 in 2016, 6.96 in 2017. I expected regression in 2017 but not to this degree. Him not being a factor has been the biggest problem for the staff.
Cameron Linck-3.38 in 2016, 3.91 in 2017. Numbers wise Linck has been about what he was last year, the exception being he has given up more extra base hits. He gave up 4 HR in 2016 vs already given up 8 in 2017.
Graham Ahlrich-4.45 in 2016, 2.65 in 2017. He has been vital to the 2017 bullpen whereas in 2016 he was not ready for high leverage situations.
Casey Sullivan-4.33 in 2016, 2.70 in 2017. He has missed time in 2017 due to a back issue, but has been much better and will be a key come conference tournament/regional time.
Zack Hamilton-8.41 in 2016, 5.62 in 2017. Struggled with command in 2016, has given one great start in conference in 2017. Could be a nice long guy to save bullpen in conference tourney/regional.

Casey Sutton has hurt this year's staff the most, but the absence of Adam Atkins has also hurt a great deal. Phil Diehl had a 4.39 ERA in 2016 while Braden Bristo turned in a 5.69 ERA. Matt Miller, Kent Hasler, and Kyle Griffen have been solid contributors to offset the loss of Atkins, Diehl, and Bristo. If you make Bristo's 5.69 ERA the baseline, both staffs have 11 guys that have thrown over 10 innings with ERA's under that 5.69 total.
