Tech is extending Coach Konkol for one year. His latest extension came in 2017 as a five year deal running through the 2021-22 season. His new deal will now run for four years, from now until the end of the 2022-23 basketball season, at his current salary of $400K. The buyout figures (if Konkol were to leave) were shifted forward a year in Tech's favor, but otherwise the contract terms remain unchanged.
