Phil Matulia had a monster weekend at the plate. Matulia was 7/11 (.636) with 2 home runs and 7 RBI.
Parker Bates also had 7 RBI in the series. Bates has yet to strikeout in 30 plate appearances over 6 games.
Tech's pitching staff currently has a 3.46 ERA over the first 6 games. Free passes have been an issue as Tech has 30 BB/HBP over 52 innings pitched. Need to get that cleaned up.
For ULL, Carson Roccaforte enters the week RED HOT. The FR went 10/16 (.625) with 3 doubles and 3 RBI last week. He's hitting .500 early on.
Brennan Breaux is hitting .280 with 1 HR and 6 RBI.
Connor Cooke will be another good one on the mound for the Cajuns. The FR will be up into the mid-90s at times with a power curveball.
