12:30 - 1:00 a.m.:
I wonder if rhshirley, olddog75, and Dogswin1 are awake? I was awakened by the thunder, lightning, and downpour. It sounds as though the worst part is moving east. Only a slight problem here - a neighbor's coondog, husky, pit bull, and a mix of something are howling in unison, and I hear them from my bedroom. There is no way that I can sleep here, therefore I am moving to the den.
I don't think Tech will be playing baseball tonight.
Oh my gosh! It looks as though another line of storms are in the Ft. Worth area and heading this way.
I wonder if any of the these gals it guys in the DFW are awake? I better turn on the television to get a weather update.
1:35 a.m.: Thank goodness! The dogs' howling session is over, the t'storms are over for the time, and now I can go back to bed.
No local weather reports from the four major DFW channels. Back to the bedroom!
