BleedTechBlue has learned that Abilene Christian QB Luke Anthony plans to attend Louisiana Tech for his senior season.
Remember, nothing is officially official until a grad transfer enrolls in school. Grad transfers do not sign a LOI.
Anthony will be immediately eligible and is expected to participate in spring practice.
Here is a look at Anthony’s stats during his career at ACU:
2017: 7 games (2 starts), 61%, 776 yards, 11 TDs, 4 INTs
2018: 11 games (11 starts), 66%, 3,019 yards, 23 TDs, 9 INTs
2019: 11 games (11 starts), 63%, 2,525 yards, 17 TDs, 11 INTs
Anthony was a 2-year team captain at ACU.
Against FBS competition:
@ Baylor — 25/38 (66%), 224 yards, 2 TDs, 1 INT
@ North Texas — 24/34 (71%), 273 yards, 1 TD
@ Mississippi State — 25/38 (66%), 255 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT
Anthony will compete with Aaron Allen, Westin Elliott, Jakson Thomson, & JD Head for the starting job this spring.
