FOOTBALL K-State game thoughts

• The run defense took a major step forward today
• The pass defense is still a head scratcher to me.
• Driskel is the real deal.
• The OL is playing pretty well, considering. But they need Wixson back. Dugas will be good but he's not ready. Mahaffey needs to be over there.
• Dixon was getting going in the second half.
• Tech missed Paul Turner today.
• Carlos Hendeson is getting REALLY close to being back and 100%.
• Marlon Watts was lost today.
• Trent Taylor is a beast.
• Kam McKnight is special.
• Thomason is really good. I thought the LBs took a major step forward today.
• The corners were better today but the safeties were no shows except in run defense.
• The DL seemed to really need Aaron Brown. I thought they got good push most of the day. From memory I don't think they have a fourth DE which is worrisome but Ferguson is really coming on.
