I know it's legislated that Jindal can't cut certain areas of the budget but maybe he should have made changes to those laws.
I don't think Tech is going to have to do this but this is truly a sad testimony of the state of higher education in Louisiana. I wish this would be the sign they need to close some of the schools but we know that won't happen.
