Rivals Top 40 List for LA

Wow-only 2 players North of Baton Rouge on the top 40 and one of those is a TE from ASH. Is the talent in N LA that bad this year? Not one player in top 40 from Monroe or Shreveport areas. That seems very unusual. No slight on you Ben but were you even surprised by that?
