Tony Franklin gets a 2 year guaranteed deal (with a duty to mitigate) that runs through January 31, 2027 and will get paid $200K per year based on the MOU. Contract details will be worked out later around incentives. Pretty hefty buyouts if Coach Franklin leaves as well.
