In regards to La Tech Athletics, what changes would you make within reason?

Would there be any administration/coaching changes made across any of the sports? If so, why would you make the change? Who would be your replacement? What facility upgrades would you put in motion? How would you raise more money for the university? Anything across athletics, what changes would you make?
