This was a very busy week for Tech Athletics. My understanding is that there were Baseball, Softball, Volleyball and Tennis (?) events all occurring this weekend.
Our AD attended all of them. I saw him Friday and Saturday at the Love Shack going down every aisle shaking hands and kissing babies. Saw him Sunday morning at church with his family and talked with him. His voice was almost gone from yelling at the volleyball game especially. Says he's packing for two weeks for the Basketball Tournament since if you win you just stay.
We have a good one here. I hope he stays long enough to make an impact on our systems that moves us forward.
