ICYMI, Tech offered 2022 RB AJ Allen from Neville HS last night.
Allen is currently committed to TCU.
Tech is just his 2nd FBS offer, but he is ranked as the 49th RB in the country. A bit of a late bloomer, he's really burst onto the scene as a senior.
He was offered by TCU on August 2nd, committed on August 3rd.
He currently leads the state of LA in rushing. He has 1,152 yards on 103 carries in 5 games. That is 11.1 YPC against some really good competition. 15 TDs.
This was against the #1 team in 4A, St Thomas More:
I spoke briefly with Allen last night. He said that it was very exciting to receive an offer from Tech and is planning on taking an official visit with the Bulldogs.
With Lorenzell Dubose and Rayshawn Pleasant committed from Monroe/WM, Allen along with Jadais Richard are two targets from the 3-1-8 that Tech is trying to flip from TCU.
